Calendar Layout!

Hey Ladies and Gents!

We'll be publishing the calendar through lulu, as they have the easiest and most customizable options for on demand publishing at the lowest cost I could find. It does mean I was a little limited in what I could do with the layout (no overlays over text, for example) as you have to create the calendar via their online editor, but I think I've worked it out well enough that it should still turn out pretty great. I've managed to include every piece in here (minus one that was withdrawn by the author), but obviously some are a bit small, and cropped. I'm very sorry! We had such a great turnout is was impossible to give everyone equal space. I hope that you're all happy with the outcome, though.
